Due to the strong growth of our office, Shana and Pieterjan from Reiswinkeltje are looking for a colleague to join our stable and fantastic 8-person team for our Bruges branch.

Our experience and close contact with our clients ensure we know exactly which holiday best suits their needs. Because we’re not tied to a single partner, we have the ability to tailor a trip entirely to each client’s wishes. We offer a wide range of options, from flight-only packages to fully customized trips.
We’re looking for an experienced travel advisor, but we naturally find it important that you get to know our clientele and how we operate. Our colleagues are happy to share their story with you so you can quickly become a full-fledged member of our team.
Your duties:
- Handle incoming travel requests by email and telephone.
- You advise clients and propose trips that you are convinced will meet their expectations.
- Processing quotations and following up files from A to Z.
- Organizing incentives for companies.
- Booking flights and hotels for our business clients.
You’ll have the opportunity to provide customized services related to your specialized destinations. We also offer opportunities to develop and delve deeper into lesser-known destinations.
To further expand your knowledge, you’ll participate in study trips and occasionally attend training sessions/information evenings organized by one of our partners. You’ll be eager to share this knowledge with the entire team.
You’ll work a rotating schedule , one week working Monday through Friday. The next week, you’ll also work Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a fixed free period during the week.

We offer you a full-time (38 hours/week) permanent contract.
